By completing a purchase with Flower Walls of Nashville, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Return Policy.
Final Sale: All purchases of flower walls are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
Shipping & Carrier Responsibility: We take every precaution to ensure that your order is securely packaged. However, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. Any claims for damages caused by the carrier must be directed to the shipping provider.
Product Defects: If you receive a product with a defect, you must contact us at hi@flowerwallsofnashville.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. The email must include your order number, a description of the defect, and clear photos of the issue. Failure to report a defect within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of any potential resolution.
No Further Remedies: If no defect is reported within 24 hours, we will be unable to take any further action regarding your order.
