Return Policy
At Flower Walls of Nashville, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our professional-grade florals. Because each archival piece is handcrafted to order and undergoes a rigorous quality inspection before shipping, we maintain the following policy to ensure the highest standards for all our clients.
1. The Quality Guarantee
We offer a resolution process (full refund, partial refund, or product exchange) for orders that arrive with manufacturing quality problems or missing components.
Reporting Window: Issues must be reported via email to jennifer@flowerwallsofnashville.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
2. Shipping & Carrier Responsibility
While we take every precaution to package your order for a safe journey, Flower Walls of Nashville is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier mishandling, or damage caused by the transit provider.
Transit Claims: Every shipment is sent with basic carrier insurance. If your package arrives with visible external damage, please document the condition of the box before opening.
3. Handling & Opening Precautions
Our floral sets are high-end, delicate architectural pieces. We highly recommend exercising extreme caution when opening your delivery.
Safe Opening: Please avoid using deep-reaching blades or box cutters that could slice through the protective layers and damage the silk florals or frames.
Liability: Flower Walls of Nashville is not responsible for damage caused by the customer during the unboxing or assembly process.
4. Eligibility for Resolutions
To be eligible for a manufacturing-related claim, the following conditions must be met:
Condition: Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.
Verification: You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation).
Required Evidence: To process a claim with our production and logistics teams, we require:
An Unboxing Video: Recorded from the unopened package through to the full unpacking of the item.
Detailed Photos: Clear images of the specific manufacturing defect, damage, or missing parts.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
Custom-Made Products: Any items personalized to your specific dimensions, colors, or branding.
Client Ordering Errors: Incorrect styles, colors, or sizes selected at the time of purchase.
Promotional Items: All sale items and gift cards.
Misuse: Any item damaged due to improper assembly, storage, or "opening damage" as noted in Section 3.
6. Order Changes & Address Modifications
Address Changes: We can accommodate modifications within 24 hours of order placement. We cannot redirect packages once they have been processed or shipped.
Product Exchanges: You may request a change to the items in your order within 24 hours of placement (excluding custom builds). Any price differences must be settled before production begins.
7. How to Start a Request
To initiate a quality claim, please email jennifer@flowerwallsofnashville.com with your order number, unboxing video, and photos. Our design studio team will review your request within 2 business days.
