 Rental FAQs

  • Our flower walls and arches are perfect for weddings and ceremony backdrops, proposals, corporate events, birthday parties, bridal showers, baby showers, photo shoots, and any event that could use a stunning backdrop! A flower wall makes a great Instagram background!

  • Yes! Our photo booth rental is available as a standalone service or as an add-on to our flower wall rentals. You can mix and match based on your event needs.

  • We offer free delivery and setup for all flower wall rentals, flower arch rentals, and photo booth rentals within a 20-minute radius of downtown Nashville.

    For events located outside this area, a $2 per mile, per trip fee applies to cover additional travel time and setup. We proudly deliver throughout Nashville and surrounding areas to make your event seamless and stress-free.

  • We offer a variety of flower walls and arches with different color schemes, and we should be able to customize specific designs to fit your needs for an additional fee. Contact us to discuss custom options and availability!

  • We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak event seasons. Ideally, book at least 8-12 weeks in advance, but feel free to contact us for last-minute rentals as well. If it’s available, you can rent it!

  • Our standard latest pickup time for all flower wall rentals, flower arch rentals, and photo booth rentals is 10:30 PM.

    If your event requires pickup after 10:30 PM, a $200 late pickup fee will apply to accommodate the extended schedule. However, if your venue will allow a pickup the next morning, we will happily accommodate and not charge the late pickup fee. We work hard to ensure every rental in Nashville is delivered, set up, and removed seamlessly so you can enjoy your event without stress.

  • Yes, all of our flower walls and arches are freestanding. Flower walls are supported by a secure pipe and drape frame with base weights for added stability. No attachment to walls or ceilings is needed.

  • Yes. Our standard rental is for 4 hours, but we offer extended and weekend rentals. Let us know your event schedule during inquiry.

  • Our rentals are not waterproof. Outdoor rental events must have a covered setup or backup plan. We do not allow outdoor installs if rain is forecasted.

  • For safety and liability reasons, clients are not permitted to move a flower wall once it has been set up. If you need it relocated during your event, we’re happy to help—there is a $250 moving fee for a team member to return and reposition the wall.

  • No. For preservation and safety, clients are not allowed to attach, hang, tape, or modify any part of the flower wall or arch. If you have a sign or décor you'd like to include, we’re happy to attach pre-approved items for you during setup. Please let us know in the rental inquiry about your plans and we will do our best to accommodate! We work with many other local rental companies, such as balloon arch companies, and can work with them to safely attach any items to a wall for you.
    Any unapproved alterations or damage will result in a full replacement charge.

  • Because each flower wall and arch is handmade to order, we typically quote a 45–60 day timeframe from order to delivery. However, many orders arrive sooner depending on design and production volume.

  • Yes! You can submit your vision through our Custom Design Inquiry page. We create personalized flower walls and arches to match your style or brand colors.

  • For our flower arches, we use high-quality silk florals and foam backing, making them easy to set up and store.

  • All sales are final due to the made-to-order nature. If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos for resolution.
